Open account invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of invoice
Past due balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.0% per month.
Payments can be made by cheque, Mastercard, Visa or Amex credit cards
P.S.T. exemption will apply to those accounts that have completed the Tax Exemption Form and submitted the form to our office. If the form has not been submitted we may apply the P.S.T, if applicable.
All out of province accounts are exempt from P.S.T.
2. Delivery
Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more exclusive of OST and PST within our main delivery area (from Niagara Falls to Barrie, London to Port Hope).
Deliveries of orders under $100.00 are subject to a $10.00 delivery charge.
Delivery of heavy or bulky items may be subject to extra cost at our discretion. Delivery of hazardous items may be subject to extra cost at our discretion. Delivery of items outside our main delivery area may be subject to freight charges according to the carrier’s destination codes. Rush orders may be subject to extra cost at our discretion.
3. Return Policy
If you have tried a product and found it to be defective or not performing satisfactorily we will credit, exchange or refund the product in question.
Returns should be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns after 60 days
will be subject to a restocking charge.
A copy of the original invoice must be enclosed with the return.
Return items must be complete, in its original packaging, intact and in saleable condition.
Special order items may not be returned for credit or exchange unless defective from the manufacturer.
Defective items will be repaired according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer if the product has been ordered incorrectly or the customer has changed their mind on the product.
Returns not following the above policies will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the total value of the product in question.
